CRMV Ltd (ACN: 648 038 822) is a not for profit company limited by guarantee which represents the interests and views of Catholic Religious Institute and Ministerial Public Juridic Persons who have governance authority of Victorian Catholic schools.

The 19 Members of the Company in January 2025 are the Antonine Sisters Victoria Property Association Inc, Dominican Education Australia, Faithful Companions of Jesus Education Australia, Good Samaritan Education, Jesuit Education Australasia Ltd, Loreto Ministries Ltd, Marist Schools Australia Ltd, Mary Aikenhead Education Ltd, Mercy Ministry Companions, Mercy Partners, Our Lady of Sion College Company, Salesian Society (Vic) Incorporated, Sophia Education Ministries, The Corporation of the Society of the Missionaries of the Sacred Heart, Trustees of De La Salle Brothers, Trustees of Edmund Rice Education Australia, Trustees of Kildare Ministries, Trustees of the Daughters of Our Lady of the Sacred Heart and Trustees of the Marist Brothers (in partnership with the Bishop of Sale).

CRMV Company Members have delegated civil authority for the governance of their 47 schools to 26 School Proprietor Boards.

Single School Proprietors: 22 Multi-School Proprietors: 4

 The Board of Directors are appointed by the Members.  The Directors are Peter Kelly (Chair), Julianna Drobik OP, Mary Fitz-Gerald (Deputy Chair), Jo Hart, Paul Herrick and Darren McGregor.

The Executive Officer and Company Secretary appointed by the Board of Directors is Audrey Brown.

The Board has established an Education Committee made up of delegated representatives of the Members of the Company and a Formation Network of RI/MPJP Formators. 

CRMV also supports the induction, collaboration and engagement of Trustees/Stewards, School Proprietor (Board) Chairs and Directors, System Governance/Executive Leaders and Member School Principals.
